Year 6 leaver dinner

Hello readers,

It was such a good experience for me because it was so cool because we got to have a good greetings and most of the year 6 came and they all thought I came from the men in black and I enjoyed it and that was the best thing and I loved it and we got cold food and that was nice but at less we got eat something and then we had the time to have a little speech and I made the funniest and kahu my friend gave a big burp on Angela that made her mad at her and then we got are certificates for what we good at and my one was because I had the strongest handshake and when it ended I got to drink some Ginger beer.

Camp 2020 reflection

 Hello readers,
On Monday morning at 8.28 we were getting ready and at 8.30 so when we left we had to bring are bags and when we all went on the bus we had to make sure that all of are suitcase were in the boot and then when we arrived we went and found are self a spot and sit there and had are morning tea and then. This man came and took us and said get into are 7 groups that the teacher said  that we can all do one thing by one so 2 groups went into the cow shed and see how the cow gets milked and then after that the other group got to go on the big tractor and it was so cool how we were going around while the last group was doing the feeding the sheep and goats. After all of that we got to all take a long walk up the hill and trust me it took about 1 hour walking in the woods and when we arrived this lady talked about the rooms and the 7 and 8 group got to swim and then we got to do something else and that was so cool and we got to go on the slide down the hill. Next day we went to for a shower and went back to are activities and had some lunch and morning tea and other stuff and we loved the food and guess why we loved it was because we were allowed to do archery and rifles and trust me it was all hard and we also got to do zip line and other stuff and on the l last day we cleaned are bunk rooms and were having a big clean up and went into the bus and had a good time because the parent helper were playing music and when we made it to school we went straight away home and took a long sleep.

Plastic Pollution

 Hello readers,

I am going to tell you something weird is that the world is starting to end and guess why it is starting to die it is because we are throwing to much food scraps on the land and the animals are dying and that is not good for the environment so that is why I have made this.

 Today in inquiry about pollution it was so cool because we got to learn about how the land is working and how it is dying and guess how it is because of oil and fish that are dead and some other things poisons that will make us get sick and die oh I nearly forgot to show you my slide show of my pollution and please pick up rubbish. 

Water pollution

I would like to tell you to stop making rubbish in the water because it is making it dirty and chemicals are killing the water and you will get sick and might even die because of the water so this is what I had made to make humans stop making the water polluted.

Pollution

 Hi readers

Today in inquiry we had to be learning about how the water is affecting other stuff for example the water is starting to get  bad and I got a reason why, the reason why is because some people are starting to make a oil pollution and it is bad because some animals are starting to die for example fish and shark and whales are all dying and it is not good oh I nearly forgot to show you something that all my class mates are trying to do here it is and also I hope you like it.

Save the earth

 In science in school  is was quite a experience because guess what my science was about so we had to try and guess all about something that you may be amazed because we were learning about how the earth is dying and it is a real problem because the earth is starting to die and it is because the people are littering and the earth will die about a thousand years latter and it will soon turn into a robot planet and it won't be good so I encourage you not to do that oh I nearly forgot here is my drawing of my planet that is about to die so I hope that you like it.

Violence shooting games should be banned

 Hi readers, my name is RJ and I would like to make a confesses because I believe that video games should be banned and I know why they should be banned it is kind of a weird thing but did you know that violence video games are bad so I encourage  you not to do it oh I nearly forgot I made a paragraph about it so I hope you like it.

P.E.

 In P.E. today in class it was so cool because did you know that we got to have fun activity and it was all some because you got fun games and after we finished are first game we had to do a challenging game and it was to try and be a animals and try to do there moves and it ended up cool so there you go that is the stuff that we did at P.E.

 In reading today we had to finish reading chapter 29 and chapter 30 and we had to read it all then we get to do are summaries and then when we finished we had to show the teacher but I got picked to go and then I had to finish up my book report I finished everything else but I didn't ave that much disign on it now what am I doing is trying to publish my writing I only got this done in less than 2 minutes. Today in writing today we had to do something about animals and it was pretty easy for my group we had not that much to do because we knew all the answer for the sharks so I easily go it all done, so I hope you like my one to.

In writing we had to write a acrostic poem about anything and we had some ideas before we went out and use some words to get it done after we had went out we picked a topic and here is my topic.

Puppies

In writing we had to write about puppies,kitties,bunnies, and all the 3 groups had to do it in the wet space the kids in there had to write about bunnies while the group working with Miss Jones had to write about kitties while my group where writing about puppies and we had a big piece of paper, we had to write all of are ideas on the paper so when we finished we had to stop writing and start on are writing, so we had to use the letters puppies sideways and use it for the words and then we had to blog about it. Mental emotional feeling

In inquiry we have been learning about emo national and feelings and been taking some go noddle brain calming down are anger and then we had to do this sheet that had everything about emotional environment and here is a photo of it.

It has until term 1 we had to go and do are mihi and we had to write own mihi's and then when we finished we had to give are parents this thing that had all the information and were to sign but since the coronations we had to stop but luckily we could go back so we continued doing it after that we had to have this paper that the teacher gave to us and we had to use it and draw are mountain and are river and are family it only took 3 weeks to do it and when we done it we had to color them in and put in are mihi and some of the ideas and also we got to go on are Chromebook and have some idea from it and draw it then the teacher gave us are picture of after face and then we would have to glue it behind are piece of paper and also we had to design the other bit here is my mihi.

Last Friday we had to finish up are art so we had to cut half of are face and then ask the teacher for a 4 paper and then we had to draw the other half of the face and then when we finished drawing we had to go on are words that the people had written about us and then when we have shared it to the teacher they will print it and make us put it on the photo but first we had to glue a bigger piece of paper to the little piece of paper then we would have to cut the words that the people that had written and cut it out and glue it to the piece of paper then the teacher took a photo of it and then we had to blog about it so this is my blog of my art so here is the photo that I drew I hope you like it.

Last week we had an activity and it was about are self portrait of our self when we finished getting our black piece of paper and a word sheet then we glue our photo on the piece of paper then we had a  to stick the things that we are good at as soon as we finished we had to colour in the words.Here is a photo of me in my I am. It was challenging because it was hard cuting  out the piece of paper.

Digital citizenship

In the digital citizenship we had to find a buddies, then after we found a buddies we had to copy and paste the google doc then when we got on we had to share it to  are buddies and we would say three two one then we had to write the stuff it told.
